Manifestation & Mindset Shifts
Manifestation—the idea of bringing something you want into existence through aspirational-thought practices—is the belief that our thoughts can influence the material world and, essentially, that positive thinking is the answer to most of our earthly problems.
This concept of manifesting your reality through thought (or the “law of attraction,” as it’s sometimes called) can also be traced back to ancient spiritual teachings, including Hindu ideas, about the unity of your mind, body, and the universe.

EFT & TFT Tapping
TFT (Thought Field Therapy) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) are both psychological interventions that utilize tapping on specific acupressure points to help individuals address emotional distress and promote healing.
Both TFT and EFT are gentle, non-invasive tapping techniques that individuals learn during a scheduled session and perform on themselves. Both techniques are aimed at addressing emotional distress through the body’s energy system, but they differ in their approaches and methodologies.

Reiki
Reiki is a non-physical healing energy made up of life force energy tha is guided by the Higher Intelligence, or spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki energy flows where it is needed in the client, creating the healing conditions necessary for the individuals needs. Reiki is a technique that aids the body in releasing stress and tension by creating deep relaxation. Reiki promotes healing and health. Reiki can be performed remotely as well as in person. (International Association of Reiki Professionals).

LaHo-Chi Energy Healing
LaHo-Chi is a very gentle, yet powerful, high-vibrational form of hands-on and remote healing.
This form of energy healing is an ancient hands-on healing technique, which balances the 7 chakras and 14 meridians of the body. LaHo-Chi releases blockages within your energy bodies, allowing your natural restorative and healing process to resume. This facilitates physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, as well as a connection to higher self, which can lead to inner peace and spiritual connection to a higher purpose.
